We have been accepted for a keynote conference at the opening of Ubucon, in Krefeld, Germany, on October 20th. Ubucon is held by the Ubuntu German community and will include workshops and conferences around the theme of Ubuntu, promoting exchange between developers and all kinds of community members.
I (Olivier) will be giving a conference titled Overtaking Proprietary Software Without Writing Code, an evolution from the conference given in the RMLL07 last July. The conference will be in English (default), unless the entire audience speaks German, in which case I might attempt to switch to that language ;-) I’ll also have flyers and some T-shirts at hand.
Book your tickets, see you there!
NB: We are always on the outlook for conferences and public appearances in Europe. If anyone knows of upcoming events, or a repository of such, please let us know!

Upcoming conference: T-DOSE, see http://www.t-dose.org/
Thanks for the pointer. We missed the call for papers by a number of weeks but I still sent a proposal ;-)
