Many small additions

There has been few highly visible changes throughout the past month, but we still have lots of things going on.

Amongst the completed changes:

• Many re-wordings, corrections, clarifications have been made throughout the English site, in particular in the Linux and Windows sections. The forum is packed with discussions about such modifications.
• The present planet site has been thoroughly re-designed with a sober layout and much cleaner code
• An online version of the French bylaws of GNU/Linux Matters (only the French bylaws are legally binding) has been added.

Also, the German domain LinuxFuerAlle.de has been purchased and configured, it will very soon host the new German translation of GetGNULinux.org.
