GNU/Linux Matters is proud to announce the release of the GLM Translation Service, a Pootle-powered website for translators to do their job through the world wide web.
This is a notable milestone is the short history of the organization; since the beginning of the GetGNULinux.org project, translators had to install an editor and a subversion client, learn subversion and learn some XHTML… Now that’s history: Anyone with a web-browser and a very little idea of what XHTML is, can be a translator.
For the time being, the GetGNULinux.org project is the only ready to be translated through Pootle. Ports of the other websites will begin shortly.
Would you like to become a translator? Please learn how to do so!
